Old Vintage Garcia Mitchell France Spinning Reel and Box in Hurst, TX

My mother recently passed away and I am having to clean out her house and sell EVERYTHING to pay bills!! My father passed in 1988 and was avid hunter and fisher!! I found this old reel in a back bedroom closet!! The box has been taped over with some kind of black fabric tape? I am selling AS IS!! I do not fish and know nothing about this and do not know the number as there was no manual or anything stamped on the reel.
